Japan Okinawa Blue Cave diving and snorkeling 2-hour experience

Due to equipment limitations and safety considerations, male participants weighing over 99 kg and female participants weighing over 75 kg cannot join the activity. The age range for snorkeling is 6–60 years, and for scuba diving it's 10–60 years.

To avoid decompression sickness, those expected to take a flight on the same day cannot participate. Please wait 12–24 hours before taking a flight.

If a participant is found ineligible for the activity on the event day, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the traveler's booking without issuing a refund.

When signing up, please provide the full name, age, gender, height, weight, shoe size, and whether nearsighted diving goggles are needed for all participants.

Guests with circulatory or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour are not permitted to participate. Additionally, if a guest is unable to join the tour due to health conditions on the day, no refund will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. If participation is denied on the day of the activity due to pregnancy, no refund will be issued.

- Please wear your swimsuit in advance and bring your own sandals, sunscreen, towels, and spare clothes. Shower facilities are available at the shop after the activity. ※Some women may prefer to wear shorts or T-shirts over their swimsuits, but since diving suits are quite tight, wearing extra layers underneath may cause discomfort and is therefore not recommended.

- Minors require a signed parental consent form. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.

- If the waves are calm on the day, snorkeling is possible even if it rains. If the waves are strong, the activity may be temporarily moved to another location for snorkeling.

- Depending on sea conditions, the tour may be changed to a beach walk to the Blue Cave or canceled on the day.

Activity Notes

· If sea conditions are unfavorable and prevent access to the Blue Cave dive site, the dive site will be changed, and no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

· If sea conditions are normal, the activity will proceed as scheduled, even on a rainy day. If a traveler cancels due to rain, no changes or refunds will be issued.

· In case of force majeure such as typhoons or poor sea conditions, the organizer will cancel or reschedule the activity, and travelers will be notified via email.

- Please wear your swimwear under regular clothes before gathering. Male participants should wear board shorts or surfing shorts before gathering.

Those who feel unwell must contact us before the activity date.

Female participants who experience no physical discomfort during menstruation may use tampons to join this tour. ※No free cancellations or changes can be requested due to menstruation.

- Nearsighted people can bring their own daily disposable contact lenses.

If any member of your group holds a diving license, please note the license level when making a reservation. The fee is the same as for deep diving (introductory diving).

Participants under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian aged 20 or above, and the guardian must sign the registration form.

For snorkeling, each instructor can lead up to 8 participants, while for scuba diving, each instructor can lead up to 2 participants.

After snorkeling, you can shower and wash up at the shop.

· If the traveler cannot arrive at the meeting point on time on the same day, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and no refund will be given.

· The organizer has the right to refuse participation in this itinerary for those who do not comply with staff instructions.

· Travelers can rent underwater cameras on-site. Please contact staff on-site to transfer photos and videos to your phone, as they will be deleted after the activity.
