1, The entire area (including outdoor park and museum) is a smoke-free zone.
2, The area surrounding the museum, including outdoor park, is a no-fly zone. Sky lanterns, fireworks, kits, drones and any other floating or flying objects are prohibited.
3, No pets allowed in the museum (Except for in service guide dogs)
4, Long pointy objects, umbrellas and anything larger than A3 in size is prohibited within the exhibition.
5, Do not eat or drink, video taping (Apart from specially allocated areas) within the exhibit. Please keep your voice down.
6, For the purposes of preservation of our collection, the air conditioning within the museum is set quite low, please dress accordingly. Do not dress in ill-mannered attire, avoid sandals, roller-blades. Do not travel using skateboards or bicycles within the museum.
7, Please enter according to our terms and conditions. The museum holds the right to deny entry to those deemed a safety concern or disorderly.
8, You may be held liable if any collections or properties are damaged; the museum hold the right to claim damages.

1, Please do not bring selfie sticks, tripods, long umbrellas, food, drinks, water, safety helmets, etc., into the exhibition hall.
2, Do not smoke, chew betel nuts and chewing gum in the museum. Do not eat or drink in the museum, except for the catering space planned by the museum.
3, The exhibition hall is open for shooting but flash is not allowed.
4, Please do not touch the exhibits, except for experiential exhibition activities approved by the museum.
5, Do not cross the fence or visiting line on the ground in the exhibition hall.
6, Please keep quiet when entering the museum; please go outside the exhibition hall to answer the phone.
7, Please do not bring pets (guide dogs excluded) into the museum.
8, Please store large items or luggage in the lockers or at the service desk.
9, Please keep your clothes neat.

1, It is recommended to arrive earlier to exchange tickets during holidays and Chinese New Year to have a better chance at boarding the boat
2, Please be sure to complete the ticket exchange procedures and have the ticket in hand to the board; seating request is not available, please queue up in the waiting room to board the boat
3, The ticket must be used on the day it is exchanged (e.g.: The ticket is exchanged on 2023/8/31, so it's valid only on 2023/8/31)
4, National park regulations prohibit pets from boarding the boat
5, In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, torrential rain, etc.), and considering the safety of the public, the organiser may postpone or cancel the tour and an announcement and contact will be made in advance. 6, The organiser reserves the right to amend, terminate and modify the tour content
